The purpose of this contract is:

• The choice of an operator who will ensure the continuity of our existing fixed telephony and mobile telephony solution for our main sites and our secondary sites.

Mobile telephony includes Voice, SMS services, MMS and Data.

• The continuity of ourexisting SIP-Trunking service.

• The provision of a SIP-Trunking service for our Chimay site.

• The continuity of our existing solution for unifying our fixed and mobile telephony networks (FMU).

• Maintenance of our SIP-Trunking connection equipment (SBC Session Border Controllers), this equipment being the property of HUmani.
