Tenders are invited for Telecom Operation and Maintenance Services

Brief description of work:
• The roles and manpower needed for the services with at least 01 service personnel who is able to read mandarin wording for each post:
IT Operation & Maintenance (2 pax), Cyberengineering (2 pax), All-purpose card system (2 pax), Transmission engineering (1 pax), Computer room maintenance (1 pax),
• Personnel of the following roles shall attend night shifts: IT Operation & Maintenance (1 pax), All-purpose card system (1 pax)
• Service personnel shall provide services on a 24/7 (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) basis, with at least 8 engineers for each day shift (8:00-17:30), and 2 for each night shift
(17:30 to 8:00 the next day)
• Routine maintenance of office computers (regular equipment dust removal and treatment, hardware update, software update, pre-installation of major software such as ERP,
real-time database, OA, Office, etc. as well as maintenance such as operating system reinstallation, etc.)
• Maintain, repair and replace office equipment such as printers, copiers, network equipment (network switches, routers, optical fiber converters).
• Check for faults of monitoring equipment (cameras), install and build cables.
• Troubleshoot access control and all-purpose card system (access control and barrier gate), and develop maintenance plan for the system.
• Maintain walkie-talkie antenna feeder system, including various equipment on top of communication towers
• Maintain security optical cable, instrument optical cable, as well as telecommunication cables.
• Inspect and maintain telecommunication and electrical systems of communication computer room, data computer room, as well as security computer room.
• The service personnel shall timely put together relevant operation processes with respect to the above work content to form operation instruction documents and submit
them to the company at determined frequency.
• Service personnel shall be trained with technical skills and are able meet other requirements.
• This is a 01 year contract.
• To comply with Hengyi-s policies and relevant Brunei Darussalam-s laws and legislations.
