Introduction:

Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Summerland is seeking proposals for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telecom Infrastructure Upgrade, as well as upgrade of other Telecommunications and Network Services.

Summary Details:

The successful Proponent shall seamlessly upgrade the District's existing VOIP system to a new cloud-based solution. The solution must meet the District's requirements, as detailed in this section. In addition, the successful Proponent will offer replacement services for all other services described in paragraph 1.3.

Audit

The successful Proponent will perform an audit of the District's current telecom environment. The current state information provided in Section 2.1 is the District's best available information but may be incomplete. Following the audit, quantities may be adjusted up or down based on the unit prices in the successful Proponent's proposal (Part D, Appendix B - Pricing Form, Section 3 - Detailed Cost Breakdown).
