DT is seeking to replace its legacy Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system with a modern, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The new platform will consolidate telecom ordering, asset management, billing and chargeback, cost validation, and reporting into a single, efficient system. DT invites vendors to provide information on comprehensive TEM solutions that meet current operational needs and can scale for future expense management capabilities. The RFI is not a competitive solicitation. This RFI is to be used solely for information and planning purposes by the City and will not result in a contract. As part of this, the City reserves the right to invite vendors to demonstrate their products and services. Submissions will not be scored or otherwise evaluated for merit.
