The target and scope competition of the acquisition was based on the Dynamic procurement system ("DPS") of Hansel Oy (hereinafter "Hansel) (DPS"). The invitation to tender applies to DPS in Class 1: Furniture as a goods acquisition. The tender is in accordance with public procurement and the procedure for internal tendering of the Dynamic Procurement System referred to in section 52 of the Act on Access Agreements (1397/2016). The acquisition of the acquisition is the supply of VTT's premises.
