The subject of the contract is the construction of the administrative building of building D in the area of Technology Park Brno, a.s. An essential part of the contractor's payment is also the preparation of projects and the processing of project documentation and the collection of complete documents for the processed documentation of all the necessary proper acts, according to and the processing of all other documentation for the implementation of the construction and for the approval of the work as a whole. This order is already with the analogous use of 92 paragraph 2 ZZVZ in the form of requirements for performance and function (design/build), which are specific in the Plan. 2 enter the documentation.
