Region Halland intends to procure an execution contract for the construction of a technical building at Halland Hospital Varberg. The construction includes the construction of a building in two floors (basement and ground floor) of approximately 215 m² per floor as well as foundation works and cast-in-place foundations outdoors for, among other things, cisterns and technical installations. The contract also includes execution of a cast-in-place foundation for a building with a height of approximately 50 meters to be erected within the framework of a side business. The work must be carried out within the hospital area at Halland Hospital Varberg and carried out with consideration of ongoing operations. The procurement is carried out as a selective procedure according to the Act (2016:1145) on public procurement. In step 1 you are invited entrepreneurs to apply to participate. The contractors who meet the qualification requirements are then invited to submit tenders in step 2.
