Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Holcim Polska S.A. I invite you to submit a price offer for the provision of comprehensive loading, transport and unloading services along with clinker stacking in a total amount of approximately 79, 000 tons. Completion date Start: June/JulyCompletion: by December 31, 2026. The works will be carried out successively in accordance with the delivery schedule (estimated vehicle flow is approximately 15-20 cars per day). Scope of work on the Contractor's side (Comprehensive service) Loading of clinker onto media transport (tippers/boats/self-unloading cars) using the Contractor's own loader in the current warehouse. Transport of material on the route to one of two locations (details below). Unloading and pushing/piling clinker at the site destination using the Contractor's equipment. Ensuring continuity of transportation in accordance with the plant's daily reception limits. Location (Unloading locations) The quotation must include a per tonne rate for each location. Settlement will be made on the basis of tonnage actually transported to a given place.
