Products or services: Software upgrade The objective of the requirement is to have a technological solution that allows strengthening and modernizing the management of the Management Control Department, through indicator monitoring functionalities, monitoring of commitments and modeling of institutional processes. In this context, a solution is required that allows centralizing the management and monitoring of indicators, commitments, action plans and risk treatment plans, facilitating the control of deadlines, visualization of progress and coordination with the different divisions that provide information. Likewise, it is expected that the tool will allow processes to be modeled through flow charts and incorporate indicators associated with said processes. strengthening institutional management and monitoring. The solution offered must correspond to an existing platform on the market, which has previous implementations in public or private organizations. Proposals that contemplate the full development of a solution from scratch to satisfy the requirements of this contract. The technological solution required by Subtel considers the system, its implementation, parameterization, licenses for use, training, support and maintenance for a period of 24 months.
