The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: The supply of one (1) full-time Technical Writer to assist with the IT Risk Mitigation initiative for a term of two (2) years, with an irrevocable option to extend for three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires one (1) external resource (the "Technical Writer") to assist in developing and improving documentation to support the multi-stream IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives. The Technical Writer will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to produce and maintain a wide range of technical and operational documentation, including but not limited to:a. Standard operating procedures (SOPs);b. System architecture and design documentation;c. Process diagrams and workflows;d. Configuration and deployment guides;e.
