The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to:Develop the annual update of the WHO/UNICEF estimates of HPV vaccine coverage time series incorporating new and updated data points reported by countries in each of the years within the period 2024-2026 (3 years).Develop country profiles with draft HPV vaccine coverage estimates for review by member states and incorporate feedback in the final WHO/UNICEF HPV vaccine coverage estimates that are published mid-July every year.Support further developments of the estimation methodology in alignment with eJRF, WIISE and the WUENIC developments and processes as well as support the documentation of the methodology estimation process.Develop an update of the WHO estimates of cervical cancer screening coverage in 2025 and carry out analyses, using the data on vaccination and screening coverage and report through developing articles in peer-reviewed open access journals, as per WHO rules.See detailed Terms of Reference and bidding instructions under "Documents" below.
