The objective of this Consultancy is to support Thailand in addressing the technical support that is needed for a sustainable blue economy and integrated seascape management in Thailand. This will include: *Establish a stakeholder process and dialogue, and baseline assessment of Thailand-s Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) regime and confirming MSP goals with a view to facilitate a resilient and inclusive blue economy*Assess the opportunities and economic impacts of introducing integrated seascape management for enabling a Blue Economy Framework for Thailand and;*Recommend policy and technical options and corresponding participatory plans to support/inform the activities in (i) and (ii)
