The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services for the HP server equipment owned by the Ordering Party and related software, specified in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Equipment), in order to ensure correct and uninterrupted (stable) operation of the Equipment, for a period of 12 months from May 7, 2026, and in the event of concluding the Agreement after May 7, 2026, for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, on the terms specified in the Agreement.
