Technical support service for the FortiGate SD-WAN IT equipment owned by the Ordering Party for a period of 36 months 1.The subject of the order is: 1) provision of technical support services for equipment owned by the Ordering Party IT and related software, specified in Annex No. 1 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "IPU", constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, in order to ensure the correct and uninterrupted (stable) operation of the Equipment (hereinafter as "Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support"); 2) provision of technical support services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in the pool of 300 man-hours (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor's Technical Support"). 3. Detailed description and terms of implementation of the item the orders were specified in the IPU, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 1.The subject of the order is: 1) provision of technical support services for the IT equipment and related software owned by the Ordering Party, specified in Annex No. 1 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "IPU", constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, in order to ensure correct and uninterrupted (stable) operation of the Equipment (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Support of the Equipment Manufacturer"); 2) performance by The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with technical support services in the pool of 300 man-hours (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor's Technical Support"). 2.
