Technical support service for the CMS tool and its expansion 1. The subject of the order is the technical support service for the CMS tool and its expansion The order covers the following activities: a) Action I - provision of technical assistance for the owner by the Ordering Party of CMS tools. b) Action II - expansion and modification of the CMS and existing websites based on the CMS tool (functional modification, new functionalities) within programming man-hours. Meeting WCAG requirements on the level required in accordance with applicable law (including, among others, the Act of April 4, 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities, the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 12, 2012 in on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and exchange of information in electronic form and minimum requirements for ICT systems, Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs). 2.
