GABRIEL AVELAR HEAD OF THE COMPUTER TECHNICAL UNIT TO THE EMAIL [email protected] to the EXT. 1200 IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR COMPANY NAME OF THE COMPANY RTN, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DATE NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of the Decree Legislative No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from the payment of Sales Tax, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016.
