Technical support of existing control systems of access to buildings of Elektrorazpradelenie Yug EAD and EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsia EAD, as well as delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance when new access points are opened The scope of the order is expressed in services related to system maintenance for access control (AC) in buildings of Elektrorazpradelenie Yug EAD (ER Yug) and EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsia EAD (TR), as follows: - Out of warranty servicing of access control systems in buildings on the company's territory; - Technical support by request preventive, emergency, diagnostic and corrective activities, which are performed in order to ensure the reliable operation of all elements of the system, the continuous and secure access of authorized persons, the prevention of failures and incidents, correct synchronization between hardware, software and database, protection of information and logs related to access; - Delivery, installation, commissioning - activities that are carried out as necessary and at the request of the contracting authority, including and at discovery of new access points.
