Description : The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through its Administrative Service, intends to procure “Technical Support and Maintenance for the KOHA Integrated Library System” for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
