Technical supervision of the builder for the reconstruction of the central library on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors of the VŠB-TUO campus The subject of the performance of the public contract is the technical supervision services of the builder for the investment project "Reconstruction of the central library 1st, 3rd and 4th NP in the VŠB-TUO campus". Performance the authorized technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter also referred to as "TDS") will mainly consist in the control of the construction implementation process as a whole, control of the quality of the work during the construction implementation (in accordance with the approved project documentation, legal regulations and technical standards), control of construction progress in relation to the individual progress dates of the construction schedule, control of construction costs, control of document management and activity management, and supervision of the fulfillment of contractual obligations of the construction contractor towards the client. Through TDS, the contracting authority as an investor fulfills its authority to control the progress and quality of construction, including construction costs.
