Description of the provision: Technical services for the drafting of the Comprehensive Management Plans for the Anglès and Sils-Vidrere sanitation systems
Procedure: Type of processing: Urgent Justification of the urgent processing: The urgency is declared in the processing of the procurement file, given that the actions subject to the contract are linked to the financing granted by the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), within the framework of the specific allocation of funds (AF25000334) for the drafting of the Integral Plan for Management of the Sanitation Systems (PIGSS) of Sils-Vidreres and Anglès. Specifically, the Resolution granting funds establishes that the deadline for the presentation of the PIGSS ends on December 2, 2027, it being possible that in the event of non-conformity with the documentation presented, an amendment period of no more than three months must be granted. Considering that the delivery period for the two lots is 12 months, it is necessary to speed up the processing of the tender to guarantee execution within the financing period and avoid the risk of loss of the economic funds granted. Because of the above, it is considered essential that this procurement file is subject to urgent processing, in accordance with the provisions of article 119 LCSP.
