The contracting authority wishes to establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DBR) for technical and safety analyzes and inspections necessary to prepare for the further extension of the operating time of the VVER-440/213 type Paks nuclear power plant (Paksi Nuclear Power Plant) operated by the contracting authority MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt.reason, consulting services, for the purpose of preparing feasibility studies and analyses.
The contracting authority wishes to divide the DBR into the following 3 categories:
1. Review and development of equipment-level technologies and technical criteria
2. Preventive measure required for environmental resistance certificationcarrying out female analyzes
3. Preparation of security analyses
Due to the technical design of the EKR, the tenderer is obliged to record the individual categories in this call for separate sub-bids, however, he draws the attention of economic operators (GSZ) that the definition of "part" in this call, designates certain categories of the DBR.
The contracting authority, in the course of implementing specific public procurements within the framework of the DBR, shall comply with the Kbt. On the basis of § 107, paragraph (2), the economic operator participating in the DBR shall provide the exact technical description and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the systemtoday, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent.
The planned total duration of the DBR: 60 months.
