Description
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Engineering Services Division, In-Service Vessel Sustainment team, has a requirement for a Technical Representative to upgrade software for the HVAC system currently installed on the CGC KUKUI located in Sitka, AK. Services are required for the period of 11/19/2023 - 11/23/2023. The Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Global Controls Solutions, the only authorized repair facilityt for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Adrick Marine. All required technical, engineering, and software required to upgrade this system is proprietary to the OEM. Sources that have the capability to provide this service may submit their capabilities no later than the closing date identified in this notice. Responses received after this date will not be considered. Information to be submitted must include: (1) capability statement; (2) confirmation that vendor can access all required technical, engineering, and software required; and (3) letter from the OEM verifying the vendor is an authorized repair facility. The submission of this data for review shall not impede the award of this purchase order. The Government does NOT intend to pay for information solicited.
