TECHNICAL PRESCRIPTIONS FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKS OF THE RIVER CONNECTION PROJECT FOR THE SANTONA MARSHES BETWEEN LAREDO AND SANTONA (CANTABRIA) The purpose of the works is: control and surveillance of the development of the work, both on site and in the manufacturing centers, under the orders of the Construction Management; specialized technical advice to said Directorate in any problem that arises before and during execution, in expropriations, etc.; ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project; that the geometry, measurement and valuation are correct; that the quality of each and every one of the work units and their materials respond to what is specified in the specifications of the contracting project and to those that are mentioned or not, are applicable. It will also include the development of legally required work related to health and safety coordination (approval of the plan prior to the start of work), as well as monitoring of environmental and archaeological protection and corrective measures.
