Brief description of the tender: The object of this tender is the planned renewable energy plant T4 "Hiie renewable energy park" in the prospective wind energy development area located in the Kehtna municipality, as determined by the general plan of the Kehtna municipality (hereafter UeP) established by the Kehtna municipal council's decision no.Provision of the technical preparation service for carrying out the strategic environmental impact assessment (hereafter EIA) and detailed planning (hereafter DP) necessary for evaluating and determining the possibilities and conditions for the construction of the park in accordance with the conditions and requirements stated in the basic document of this public procurement.
