The urban environment department of the city of Raasepor requests your offer for planning and expert services related to road, street and regional engineering in public areas. The contract is valid for two years from the start date, with an option for two to be agreed separately extension year. As a rule, the procurement includes tasks for preparing street and regional plans to the extent required by the administrative processing of the plans, the related preparation of construction plans, and related experts commissions. In the framework agreement, three operators are selected for projects in these design fields. The framework agreement is used when) the price of the project related to street and stormwater technology is over €10, 000 or b) the project also requires other than street design and technical types of stormwater planning taic) the customer is someone other than the urban environment sector The framework agreement is primarily used for planning projects where the main type of technology is one of the following four. The majority of the framework agreement among the projects ordered through are these.- Landscape design- Traffic planning- Traffic surveys- Street planning (KS+RS) In addition, the framework agreement can also be used in projects of other types of technology, a more detailed description can be found in appendix 1, "Appendix 1 Framework contract for technical fields, contract B tendering criteria"
