Technical Multilateral Framework Agreement 2026-2028 (2030) The urban environment department of the city of Raasepor requests your offer for planning and expert services related to road, street and regional engineering in public areas. The contract is valid for two years from the start date and as an option two additional years to be agreed separately. As a rule, the procurement includes the tasks of preparing street and regional plans, the administrative aspects of the plans to the extent required by the processing, related to the construction plans preparation and related expert commissions. In the framework agreement, three actors are selected for projects in these design fields. The framework agreement is used when a) the price of the project related to street and stormwater technology is more than €10, 000 or b) the project also requires techniques other than street planning and stormwater planning or c) the customer is someone other than the industry of the urban environment The framework agreement is primarily used for design projects where the main type of technology is one of the following four.
