The mission is to meet the needs of Region Stockholm that operations within Huddinge Hospital and Helix forensic psychiatry have access to continuous operation and uninterrupted function within the properties. The contract is a technical management contract for the building, including the maintenance of technical functional requirements through supervision, care and remedial maintenance with functional responsibility. The undertaking is complex and includes many different property technical systems and also requires the hired supplier to staff an operations management center around the clock. The undertaking refers to work in technically complex environments with ongoing, disturbance-sensitive operations and with high demands on hygiene. The contract includes, in addition to a manned operation control center, also on-call and standby to meet the functional requirements outside of normal working hours. The administration must function flawlessly for good care. Through managers, operation controllers and a group of specialists in, for example, lifts, security, electricity and accessibility, Locum ensures the quality of the vital operations at the hospitals in the county.
