The contract for the public procurement will be for a duration of one year (12 months-365 days) or until its valuable use. The contracting authority disclaims liability and responsibility in case of incomplete fulfillment of the procurement in accordance with the contract concluded with the selected bidder. If the Contractual authority during the period of validity of the new vehicle procurement contract, will submit a notification so that the newly purchased vehicles will also be subject to a technical review. When establishing the prices, the economic operators need to be guided according to the Rulebook on the amount of costs in the procedure for checking the the technical correctness of vehicles. Note - The offered prices for the technical inspection service must be stated in accordance with the Regulation on the amount of costs in the procedure for checking the technical correctness of vehicles. If the offered prices are not in accordance with the Regulations of the Public Commission procurement will not evaluate the offer and it will be rejected as unacceptable. Prices should be expressed in 2 (two) decimal places. During the implementation of the public procurement contract, no correction of prices is foreseen, i.e. the prices stated in the offer of the most favorable bidder will be fixed for the entire duration of the public procurement contract.
