The purpose of the contract is to entrust, to a technical organization certified in quality and independent, the control missions of the work on the electrical energy distribution network carried out under project management of the Departmental Energy Union of Tarn. This body will carry out the checks it considers necessary, including, where applicable, during the progress of the work. Inspections of works in operation may be requested by the AODE. At the end of these checks, the service provider must issue per site a certificate of conformity in application of the decree of May 17, 2001 setting the technical conditions which the distribution of electrical energy must meet. This contract will be executed in the territory of department of Tarn.
