The subject of the procurement is hourly billing-based technical work for the contract years 2026 - 2028 to the extent specified in this request for tender. The goal of the contract period is to start on May 16, 2026, when the procurement decision becomes law. The jobs are residential property maintenance or contracting work, the duration of which varies from a few hours to a few weeks. The sites are located in the city of Lappeenranta and the procurement is divided into 12 sub-areas as follows: 1. Construction repair work 2. Apartment renovations (incl. painting and wallpapering work, minor repair work) 3. Electrical installation work 4. Heating and plumbing works 5. Ventilation works 6. Ventilation cleaning, measurement and maintenance work 7. Construction sheet metal works 8. Damage repair work 9. Refrigeration equipment works 10. Repair work in wet rooms 11. Suction pressure truck works 12. Special cleaning service 2-5 contract suppliers will be selected for the sub-areas in order of priority (see more detailed breakdown in the "procurement background, framework arrangement" section of the request for tenders). The subscriber reserves the right possibly tender separately for larger renovation contracts.
