Technical dialogue: Driving arrangement and ride sharing services (school transport) The draft RFP, draft contract and other annexes submitted as an attachment to this technical dialogue are all still drafts in the preparation phase, although they may in structure and content, it resembles a highly finished procurement material. The documents should not be interpreted as final procurement documents, nor should they contain procedural information, deadlines, contract terms, comparison criteria or other details should be considered as final solutions binding on the customer. After the dialogue, the customer evaluates, based on the feedback received, which items should be specified, lightened, changed or possibly deleted before the actual bidding. 1. The purpose of the dialogue The purpose of this technical dialogue is to ensure that the tender request, contract draft and attachments prepared by the customer give the service providers a correct and sufficient picture of the service to be procured. The dialogue does not ask for bindings offers, but the market's view of how the documents are interpreted, which points require clarification and which conditions are possibly too strict or otherwise difficult in practice.
