Tender Details

The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom is preparing the procurement of MSBI expert services. The task of the acquired MSBI team during the contract period is to participate in the development and modernization of the BI environment, covering both the current on-premises solution and possibly future cloud-based solutions. In the planned service model, the Supplier is responsible for managing the MSBI expert service and performing and maintaining the agreed tasks. One of the appointed experts will work in addition in the role of service manager and to work in close cooperation with the Customer's contact person. The service manager is responsible for resourcing the service team, monitoring goals and reporting to the Customer. The estimated amount of work is approximately 1, 000 per year personal work day.
