Tender Details

The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreements, single-award, with maximum, are concluded in application of the articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 3 lots. Each batch will be the subject of a framework agreement. The candidates have the possibility of submitting offers for all lots. Each framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The framework agreements are renewable by successive annual installments of 1 year. The number of annuities renewal is set at 3. The procedure includes a sustainable development clause defined in article 9 of the CCP.
