This is a work program including the construction of higher education premises (UFR Sciences and Techniques) Bachelor course, and the rehabilitation of existing premises. The nature and scope of the services are described in the CCTP. THE estimated cost of work for each tranche is as follows: - Firm tranche (new construction): 8, 217, 000 euro(s) excluding tax - Optional tranche 1 (rehabilitation): 675, 120 euro(s) excluding tax The work will be partially carried out on an occupied site (rehabilitation).
