Technical control of the regulatory self-monitoring system of the collection system of the Department of Val-de-Marne The purpose of the contract is to carry out technical checks of the regulatory self-monitoring system (metrology devices, validity of the data, regulatory documents, procedures) of the sanitation system of the Department of Val-de-Marne as defined in the decree of July 21, 2015 relating to collective sanitation systems, modified by the decree of July 10 2024 and supplemented, where applicable, with the monitoring requirements imposed by the prefectural decree dated November 16, 2018, with regard to the environmental objectives and sensitive uses of receiving water bodies and downstream water bodies. This control will allow verify the conformity of the devices with the technical requirements of the Seine-Normandie water agency and evaluate their reliability on the basis of the conclusions which will be reported in the standard report presented in appendix 5 of the CCTP (Report of Control of Self-Monitoring Devices Collection System). Note that the Seine Normandy Water Agency (AESN) bases its technical requirements on 3 standards: - The regulatory framework; - The normative framework; - THE reference framework relating to the rules of the art.
