As part of the construction operation of a mixed real estate complex carried out by ICF Habitat Sud-Est Méditerranée, developed on the AZ 4 land register plot located at 5 cours Suchet in Lyon 2nd, the Métropole de Lyon wished to acquire, through of a VEFA, premises on the ground floor, nested in a residential real estate complex. The Metropolis wishes to establish a Maison de la Métropole de Lyon (MDML) there in order to meet the following three major objectives: - adopt a strategic position in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon by bringing the target audiences of the MDML closer together, - improve the quality of public reception with a more easily accessible site and suitable premises, - respond to the issues raised by territorialization by grouping together executives from Lyon Rive Droite in the same place
