This consultation concerns the conclusion of an intellectual services contract. It concerns a Technical Controller mission for: the new construction of an inclusive residence. •Address: 14 rue du Vieux Moulin in Onjon •Plot(s): n° 000 AD 69 + 000 AD 102 + 000 AC 39 +000 AC 35 • Surface area of the land unit: 4, 489 m² The municipality aims to build a building comprising 8 inclusive housing units, with possible extension in order to double the workforce in the future This project will integrate spaces common areas, private housing, storage areas, a laundry, parking spaces, as well as a park with vegetable gardens. The entire residence, interior and exterior, will be fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. (PMR). The municipality is also planning the construction of independent housing, intended for a person who will possibly work on site and able to accommodate a family with children. Thus, the Onjon project aims to offer inclusive housing suitable for seniors or people with mild disabilities, while promoting conviviality through shared living spaces and collective outdoor facilities, meeting the requirements of the departmental call for projects.
