TECHNICAL CONTROL MISSION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF AN INCLUSIVE RESIDENCE IN ONJON This consultation concerns the conclusion of an intellectual services contract. It concerns a mission of Technical Controller for: construction new of an inclusive residence. •Address: 14 rue du vieux Moulin in Onjon •Plot(s): n° 000 AD 69 + 000 AD 102 + 000 AC 39 +000 AC 35 •Area of the land unit: 4, 489 m² The municipality aims to build a building comprising 8 inclusive housing units, with possible extension in order to double the workforce in the future This project will include common areas, private housing, storage areas, a laundry, parking spaces, as well as a park with vegetable gardens. The entire residence, both interior and exterior, will be fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). The municipality is also planning the construction of independent housing, intended for a person who will possibly work on site and who can accommodate a family with children. Thus, the Onjon project aims to offer inclusive housing adapted to seniors or people with mild disabilities, while promoting conviviality through shared living spaces and collective exterior developments, meeting the requirements of the departmental call for projects.-.
