La présente consultation a pour objet les missions de contrôle technique et les missions de coordination sécurité protection de la santé dans le cadre des travaux d-extension en superstructure du parking P2 au CHU de Rennes. This is a call for tenders opened in application of articles L2124-2, R2124-2, 1 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This consultation is allocated and includes 2 lots. Lot 1: Technical Control Missions; Lot 2: Health and prevention coordination missions of health. This is an ordinary market. The public contract is concluded at a global and fixed price. The validity period for offers is set at six (6) months from the deadline for receipt of offers. The public contract is concluded for a period of validity ranging from its date of notification to the holder until the unreserved admission of the benefits. As an indication, the overall forecast execution time for the contract is 31.5 months (including 12 months of GPA), with regard to the forecast schedule. following: Procedure phase with negotiation - offers phase - including APS: 6 months; Conception: 6.5 months; Construction: 7 months, including 2 months of preparation. Guarantee of perfect completion: 12 months. This indicative deadline must be confirmed by the group winner of the overall sectoral market. The services to be carried out are described in the CCTP of the lot concerned.
