Technical consultation regarding draft requirements specification regarding tendering of a case processing system for construction cases Description of the planned acquisition The customer plans to acquire a standard system to support case processing within the construction area. The system must support the authority's processing of construction cases from receipt of application to the issuance of a permit, including handling of case and document archives, workflows and process support. The system must support communication with citizens and businesses as well as issuing authority permits. It must also be able to handle time registration at case level and calculate detailed case processing time in accordance with state-set service targets. In addition, the system must support the collection and documentation of data for operational management as well as integration with relevant external systems and registers, including archive systems, BBR and the national application portal. Technical consultation Prior to the publication of the tender, the municipality wishes to carry out a technical consultation of the draft requirements specification. The purpose is to obtain input and feedback from relevant suppliers on the market, so that the requirement specification reflects as much as possible what the market can deliver. The municipality emphasizes a open and constructive dialogue with the market and therefore invites interested suppliers to contribute comments so that the tender material can be adjusted before publication.
