Technical consultation on material for the re-offering of holistic care, personal care and practical tasks, rehabilitation, relief at home and nursing care for Ringsted Municipality Ringsted Municipality plans to retender the contract regarding the delivery of help after the Elderly Act and the Service Act. As part of the preparation of the retender, all interested suppliers are invited to participate in a technical hearing of the revised tender material. The material that is now being sent for consultation has been adapted on the basis of those questions and comments that the municipality received in connection with the previous tender, cf. TED/OJEU reference 329786-2026 (and advance notification 142404-2026.) The municipality wants comments on all published material, with a view to finding inappropriateness and unnecessary high risk, as well as increasing interest in bidding. We particularly want the market's comments on the significant changes that have been made to the material, including: • Guide to offer list • The offer list • The tender conditions (Evaluation model) • Data processor agreement (extended instructions) The purpose of the consultation is to ensure that the material is clear, transparent and suitable to support an effective offer submission and subsequent contract implementation in the event of renewed tendering.
