Procurement of framework agreements regarding consulting services in the community building sector for the execution of assignments of varying size.
The procurement includes consulting category: House/building/facility. The consulting services are meant to be called off at different stages from feasibility studies, program work and pre -planning for the development phase and inspection.
The client intends to call the consulting services for house/building in connection with:
. New, rebuilding and extensions, inspections/declarations and demolition of buildings, mainly for administrative buildings, schools, preschools, leisure rooms, sports facilities, elderly homes, care homes and housing, as well as land and plot areas in connection with these.
The client intends to also be able to call the consulting services for facility in connection with:
§ New, remodeling and extensions of infrastructure and facilities mainly in the form of streets with associated Traffic signaling systems and street lighting, art buildings, VA pipes including pump stations, pressure rise stations and stormwater facilities, squares, garden and parks as well as protection against flood, noise and landslide and other infrastructure
§ New, remodeling and extensions of VA facilities in the form of sewage treatment plants, waterworks, pump stations, pressure rise stations, water tower etc.
§ conservation work and environmental review
§ Environmental strategic work.
