To support the implementation of the “Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the cooperation in the reconstruction process of Ukraine”, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) seeks to contract a Technical Consultant. The Consultant will assist SECO in carrying out all procurement processes conducted under the Agreement, including the technical review of specifications, the preparation of tender documents and the evaluation of bids.
