As part of the construction of a central energy boiler room composed of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal pool and 2 backup/backup gas boilers, Dalkia is initiating a consultation to design and build the Work. It will be broken down into several technical lots. Considering the above, the project owner, DALKIA wishes to entrust the holder with a Technical Construction Control mission, as part of the work on all the works and equipment. The service will notably include the production of ICPE files for the production plant. The boiler room includes 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2, 000 kW hot at its condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11, 300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The energy plant will have a surface area of approximately 660 m². Technical Construction Control Mission (CTC), performance tests and additional missions for the construction of the boiler room and a heating network on the Futuroscope technopole.
