Description of the service: Specialized technical assistance for the preparation of territorial and municipal studies of diagnosis, proposal and strategic definition of improvement of interurban public transport for road travelers to the local bodies associated with the AMTU, with express orientation to the future renewal of concessions 2034. The works must allow obtaining, for each lot and for each municipality or body integrated in the lot, a homogeneous, comparable and aggregated technical basis, useful for the AMTU, for the bodies participating premises, for the different Transport Authorities of each territory, and for the General Directorate of Transport and Mobility of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The purpose of the contract is twofold: on the one hand, to have a municipal diagnosis and territorialized of the current offer, of the demand, of the deficits of interurban transport by road and of its relationship with other services; on the other hand, formulate immediate, transitional and structural improvement proposals that can inform the future concessionary architecture of Catalonia.
