Description of the service: The object of the contract is the service is the provision of specialized technical assistance for the design, methodological development, graphic definition, pilot implementation and support for the initial dissemination of the Seal Municipal Quality of Local Trade of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, within the framework of the "Quality Project and Reactivation of Urban Trade" and the Urban Trade Support resource of the 2024-2027 Catalog of Services of the Barcelona Provincial Council. Specifically, the contract it includes:• the conceptual design of the seal and the definition of its strategic objectives, areas of evaluation and value proposition;• the definition of objective evaluation criteria, verifiable indicators and the scoring and accreditation system;• the development of the complete operating manual for the seal (criteria, indicators, process of adhesion, concession, renewal, monitoring and withdrawal);• the design of the technical assessment tools (grids, checklists, diagnosis sheets, self-assessment instruments and report templates);• the graphic design of the Seal of Quality, including the logo, the visual identity, the physical and digital applications and the basic brand usage manual;• the production and supply of the physical and digital materials necessary for the implementation and initial dissemination of the label, including: - printing of 100 identifying vinyl stickers for accredited establishments - printing of 200 informative flyers - printing of 100 promotional A3 posters...
