BackgroundWHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Technical Assistance for the Pathfinder Implementation of Evidence-Based Parenting Programmes in Selected LGUs in the Philippines Selected institutional contractual partner is expected to provide technical assistance in the implementation, documentation, and refinement of an evidence-based parenting programme using a developed framework, modules, and tools in selected local government units (LGUs) across the Philippines. This work will be conducted through an Agreement for Performance of Work (APW) contract. ObjectivesThe overall objective of this work is to support the implementation of the parenting programme in selected LGUs and generate actionable learnings.Specific objectives are to:Implement the parenting programme using developed tools in six LGUs (two each in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and to represent both rural and urban settings in these areas)Document the implementation process and identify barriers and facilitators.Assess progress, implementation quality, and perceived success in the pilot sites.Collect case studies and good practices from LGUs and partners.Enhance and revise the parenting framework, modules, and implementation guide based on implementation experience.Facilitate peer learning and reflection across implementation sites.Submission of ProposalsPlease use WHO Bid Reference: PHL-VIP-001-2025 as subject to all submission.
