There The prospect of the end of these historic motorway concessions leads to an upheaval in the control mission, currently carried out under the management of FCA with the support of the scientific and technical network (RST), whether in terms of scale. the controls to be carried out, the completeness of the assets concerned, the requirements of the timetable and the potential conflict in grantor-concessionaire relationships. For these four SCAs, a first phase, accompanied by the holders of the 26-2023 market, leads to the notification of PER. The scope of this consultation concerns the monitoring of the implementation of the PERs for all the civil engineering structures of the three concessions. The expected objectives of this market are to enable the granting authority to ensure that the structures constituting returned goods will be returned to it in “good condition” for maintenance within the meaning of the concession contracts. In practice, the missions consist of site audits, checking the consistency of the work by report to the PER and to ensure the completeness of the execution of the work and their compliance with the rules of the art.
