Technical Assistance Mission to Project Management "ATMO" as part of the thermal renovation work of the Lycée Camille Claudel - 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine The technical assistant of the project owner is the natural or legal person who, for his technical and administrative competence, is responsible by the project owner for: Checking the conformity of the various execution and summary documents with the operation program and previous study files; Ensure proper execution work and compliance with the contractual schedule; Account for delays and apply any penalties; Establish service orders and contradictory findings necessary for the proper execution of the contract; Check the monthly statements, prepare advance payment statements; Establish the minutes of the O.P.R. jointly with the co-contracting architect of the designer-builder-operator group; Propose acceptance of the work; Assist the project owner in the event of reservations or complaints formulated by the group, or in the event of a dispute over the payment or performance of services; Advise the project owner in his choice of technical options in response to the alternatives possibly proposed by the MOE group; Assist the project owner during the G.P.A. period. and, in general, all acts necessary for the exercise of its mission as defined in this CCTP.
