The United Nations Office in Geneva (Onug) wishes to receive events of interest in order to launch a call for tenders (ITB) for the achievement of a technical assistance mission for the development of archibus software for computer -assisted maintenance management for equipment Techniques and for the management of the buildings space of the United Nations Office in Geneva (ONUG), Switzerland. Onug is installed in the history Palais des Nations whose construction dates from 1930. The set is located in the Ariana park of 46 hectares and is made up of various premises (offices, Conference rooms, villas, cafeteria). The technical infrastructure is very varied generations, some very old dating from the construction of buildings, others recently installed or renovated. Onug is considered one of the largest conference centers diplomatic in the world. The services expected within the framework of this mission are as follows (non -exhaustive list): • Annual renewal of archibus licenses; • Programming, configuration and customization of archibus software, space management modules, management modules Mobilier and handling management as well as the implementation of an Archibus module for computer -assisted maintenance management (GMAO) of technical equipment installed in buildings; • Update of databases in the management of buildings of buildings and architectural plans, Inventory and updating of databases of technical equipment of the buildings of the Onug site; • User training; • Provision of personnel on site and off -site, full -time or part -time depending on needs, including an expert archibus expert experienced in Space Planning and an Expert Archibus operator experienced in GMAO and their alternates (Operators Experts Archibus Space Planning and GMAO can be the same person).
